Every participant was deeply engaged: working in teams, sharing fresh ideas, and solving challenges designed to make learning more fun and interactive.

We are delighted to share glimpses from our transformative Faculty Development Program – Beyond Teaching, held from 10th to 14th June at MIT College.Â
This one-week initiative was dedicated to equipping educators with 21st Century teaching & learning skills, Success in Start Up – Specially for Teachers, Learning Techniques: Enhancing Outcomes and effectivenes, Design Thinking & Innovation Management, New age teaching techniques for teaching and reaching out to students in classrooms (+ OLRs and MOOCs) and a deeper understanding of their evolving role as mentors and change-makers.
The program brought together visionary thought leaders, seasoned academicians and passionate faculty members—creating a powerful space for learning, reflection, and professional growth.
